Citadel Skin Shipping Policy
We offer free shipping on all orders to the USA and UK. Your order is fulfilled and shipped with full tracking at no additional cost to you.
Shipping Timeline
USA:
- Fulfillment: 2 working days
- Shipping: 2–5 working days
- Total delivery: 4–7 working days from order placement
UK:
- Fulfillment: 2 working days
- Shipping: 4–7 working days
- Total delivery: 6–9 working days from order placement
Shipping Costs
Free standard shipping on all orders to the USA and UK. No minimum spend required.
Tracking
You'll receive an automatic email with a tracking link once your order ships. Use the tracking number on the carrier's website to follow your delivery. No tracking received? Email hello@citadelskin.com.
Order Processing
Orders are fulfilled Monday–Friday within 2 working days. Weekend and holiday orders may require an additional 1–2 days. During high volume periods processing times may be slightly extended.
Customs & Duties
Orders ship directly from our fulfillment center to your door. UK customers please note that import duties and customs fees may apply upon delivery and are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges are determined by UK customs authorities and vary by order value. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you have questions about potential charges.
Delivery Issues
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, check with your local carrier first. For lost or damaged parcels email hello@citadelskin.com with your order number and tracking information. We'll send a free replacement if the package is confirmed lost or damaged.
