We stand behind our products with a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right — no physical return required.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at hello@citadelskin.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for dissatisfaction. We'll process a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. You keep the product.

Damaged or Defective Orders

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us at hello@citadelskin.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund immediately — your choice.

Wrong Item Shipped

If we sent the wrong product, contact us at hello@citadelskin.com and we'll send the correct item immediately at no cost to you.

Subscription Orders

You can cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing date. Contact us at hello@citadelskin.com or manage your subscription directly through your account.
